About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to join our esteemed Wines and Spirits department at Harrods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing in-depth product knowledge, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our extensive wine and spirits portfolio, including production processes, storage, and service techniques.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on wine and spirits selection, pairing, and storage.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive annual salary of £29,744, plus a monthly commission scheme.
