We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our fast-paced and innovative Intel Team at Keoghs. As a Senior Intel Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Intelligence Team through mentorship, supervision, and building client relationships.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing suspected fraudulent claims using desktop systems and analytical techniques. They will also have experience in compiling reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity, as well as preparing witness evidence for court proceedings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Motor Fraud work, including Credit Hire Fraud, Linked & Organised Fraud, Fixed Fee work, and other specialist areas such as Complex claims, Casualty claims, Abuse claims, Commercial litigation, and Healthcare claims.
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual who can utilize IT software applications at an advanced level to produce proactive intelligence reports. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver structured and detailed briefings to lawyers and clients.
The Senior Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for:
- Analysing suspected fraudulent claims using desktop systems and analytical techniques
- Compiling reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity
- Preparing witness evidence for court proceedings
- Utilizing IT software applications at an advanced level to produce proactive intelligence reports
- Delivering structured and detailed briefings to lawyers and clients
- Preparing reports detailing Intelligence led fraud risk assessments
- Identification of strategic opportunities and working with the file handling teams
- Liaising with key contacts at insurer clients
- Achieving a daily chargeable target
- Supervision of junior members of the team
- Auditing members of the team and having input into the team's technical development
- Provision of training as and when required
- Time recording in accordance with Keoghs policy
- Compliance with service level agreements as required
