Accounts Payable Specialist Role

At Black Fox Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our finance and administration team. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payable and assisting with general finance duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logging and processing invoices
  • Reviewing and checking employee expenses
  • Completing supplier statement checks
  • Preparing for the monthly payment run
  • Resolving any AP queries
  • Collaborating with the payroll department and providing support

Requirements:
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
  • 2+ years of experience working in AP
  • Experience using an ERP system
