Logistics People is seeking a skilled Allocator to join our team. As an Allocator, you will be responsible for controlling equipment allocation, pre-allocating loads, and updating shift plans. You will also investigate stock shortages and compile reports as required. Key qualifications include a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics operations, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and possess good communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
  1. Control equipment allocation within designated areas.
  2. Pre-allocate loads to ensure efficient pick and pack processes.
  3. Regularly review and update shift plans to meet business demands.

  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve smooth workflow and high productivity.
  6. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
