Adecco is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their dynamic production team in Slough, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery efficiently and safely, adhering to quality and safety procedures.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor the laminating machine for multi-layer composite production.
  • Collaborate with team members in the slitting and processing of materials.
  • Follow production plans and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Support cross-training initiatives.
Essential Skills:
  • Safety-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of Quality Systems (advantageous).
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in using electric pump trucks and forklifts.
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow production plans and procedures.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary & includes shift allowance
  • 42.5 hours week, paid 42.5 hours (lunch is paid)
  • 3 rotating shifts Mon-Fri 05:4- 14:15, 13:4- 22:15, 21:4- 06:15 OR Mon - Wed, Monday - Thursday, depending on the business need.

Work Schedule: 3-rotation or 2-rotation shift patterns, including the possibility of overtime.
