Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Solar Power System Designer

Rivan Industries is a pioneering synthetic fuel company dedicated to decarbonizing heavy industry. We've developed a groundbreaking power-to-fuel machine, powered entirely by utility-scale solar, and are now building a team to bring our vision to scale.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and build effective solar power systems, coupling with solar, and support the control system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale DC power system design, build, and operation, as well as experience with high-voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build solar power systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operation
  • Develop and implement control systems, including sensors, controls, and load shifting
  • Design and implement electrical system safety processes, ensuring safe deployment and operation
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Large-scale DC power system design, build, and operation experience
  • Experience with high-voltage systems (1000-2000v)
