Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Practitioner to deliver our innovative, trauma-informed programme, For Baby's Sake, in the East of England.
Responsibilities- To support co-parents individually, using a recovery framework to overcome the effects of domestic abuse.
- To acknowledge and explore unresolved childhood trauma, changing harmful patterns of behaviour.
- To adopt an attachment-focused parenting approach, enhancing the opportunity for children to feel safe and secure.
- Demonstrable therapeutic skills and experience of safeguarding children and adults.
- Sound knowledge of infant mental health and the dynamics of domestic abuse, attachment, and trauma.
