Job Title: Creative Artistic Youth Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Artistic Youth Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a thriving Primary school in Devizes, supporting children with complex needs, ASD, behavioural difficulties, and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 with pupils and support within the classroom
  • Use creative background in Arts, sensory, therapy, or drama to support SEND pupils
  • Engage, promote confidence, distract, and positively influence meaningful, fun, and supportive learning and progress

Requirements:

  • Believe that every student, regardless of their background or need, can make outstanding progress
  • Be rigorous, relentless, determined, creative, and inspirational in your style and presence as a leader
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to present engaging, thoughtful lessons and CPD sessions
  • Be caring and have the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships and well-being with staff, students, parents, governors, professionals, and the local community
