Job Title: Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional development of children in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

About the Role:

As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, working closely with teachers and school staff to implement individual and group support plans, and fostering strong relationships with students to encourage their social and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the educational and emotional development of children in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Adapt your youth work skills to meet the needs of primary-aged children.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people in a youth work or similar setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a new environment.
