Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the smooth operation of the residential home, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents at all times.
  • Oversee the care and support provided to residents with mental health needs, developing and implementing care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Manage staff effectively, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, ensuring our home meets the highest standards of care.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents, their families, and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in mental health care and home management is essential, with a strong understanding of mental health issues and the ability to provide person-centered care.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with residents and their families, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable.
