Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large Operations team, including Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Stock Control, and Transport. They will also lead the development, training, and performance management of over 100 employees and champion 'Quality by Design'.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 33 days paid holiday, buy/sell holidays, flexible holiday booking, company performance bonuses, and a comprehensive pension scheme. About the Role:

  1. Perpetual management of a large Operations team.
  2. Lead the development, training, and performance management of over 100 employees.
  3. Champion 'Quality by Design'.
  4. Collaborate with Health & Safety, Facilities, Product Design, Quality Assurance, and Sales departments.
  5. Personal involvement in inbound and outbound international logistics.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  1. Proven experience within an operational leadership role within a manufacturing / product assembly environment.
  2. Strong understanding of various manufacturing and assembly processes and supply chain management.
  3. Be familiar with commercial IT systems.
  4. Drive, determination, and self-confidence in commercial abilities.
