Head of Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Operations to join our team at FFR Limited. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of our business and driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage the finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and security of the business

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior financial leadership role
  • Exceptional financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Candidate with a strong finance background, either chartered or qualified by experience
