Job Title: Financial Executive

Adele Carr Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a dynamic, SME organisation in Liverpool who are keen to appoint a proven Group Finance Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a crucial role within the team requiring you to work closely with key stakeholders and drive financial strategy, insight, and performance.

You will produce the financial and management information that will drive strategic decision making and business performance.

You will champion finance across the business and ensure that processes are robust and fit for purpose.

Accountants who are fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), OR qualified by experience, will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Finance Director and senior leadership team with accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Producing management accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, inter company.
  • Managing/leading projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and continuous improvement.
  • Delegating work, leading and coaching the team, ensuring all training is in place, sharing knowledge and ideas.
  • Supporting the wider business in recommending change and leading projects and initiatives to improve financial processes.
Requirements:
  • Available for permanent work in Liverpool.
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or qualified by experience.
  • Possessing strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient leadership qualities.
  • Capable of working well under pressure, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Sage, and ERP.
