About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our Digital & Risk Advisory Services (DRAS) team as a Director. As a leader, you'll be responsible for delivering multiple assignments of high complexity and variety, while driving marketing and business development.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead on people, propositions, and creating a vision for our team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
- Collaborate with other Directors and Partners to achieve our goals.
- Assist with strategy and drive marketing and business development.
What We're Looking For
- An inquisitive mind with a willingness to challenge and innovate every day.
- Detailed knowledge of ESG reporting requirements and Corporate Governance Code requirements with regard to risk and control.
- Previous experience of managing people.
- Commercial sector experience appropriate to BDO clients.
- Awareness of compliance, legislative, and market issues relevant to client businesses.
- Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA or equivalent.
Desirable Skills
- Understanding of analytics and their use cases.
- Knowledge of the US regulatory environment is a bonus.
- Project management experience.
