What We're Looking For


We're seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Director in Digital & Risk and Advisory Services (DRAS). The ideal candidate will be a leader, able to drive multiple assignments of high complexity and variety in line with BDO UK's approach.


You'll work closely with other Directors and Partners, building amazing client relationships, assisting with strategy, and driving marketing and business development. Key qualities include:



  • Inquisitive mind, willingness to challenge and innovate every day
  • Detailed knowledge of ESG reporting requirements and Corporate Governance Code requirements with regard to risk and control
  • Previous experience of managing people
  • Commercial sector experience appropriate to BDO UK clients
  • Awareness of compliance, legislative, and market issues relevant to client businesses
  • Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA or equivalent
