We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-in Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with medication management and administration
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
- Accompany and transport clients to appointments and events
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure high-quality care
- Provide personal care as needed
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Legally authorized to work in the country
- Competitive daily rate of £125
- We match clients to care assistants based on personality
- Placements lasting a minimum of a week, with opportunities for longer-term relationships
