About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-in Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with medication reminders and administration
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
- Accompany and transport clients to appointments and events
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure high-quality care
- Provide personal care as needed
Qualifications
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country
