About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team at Bright Software Group. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive pricing.
    • Monitor and analyze competitors' pricing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Pricing Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement pricing models and strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
    • Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to set optimal prices for new and existing products.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, profitability, and market share.
    • Create pricing forecasts and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Data Management
    • Maintain and update pricing databases and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Utilize advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and present regular reports on pricing performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
    • Communicate pricing strategies and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in pricing and revenue management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role (B2B)
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing subscription models, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing complex pricing models.
  • Skilled in analyzing pricing structures to assess effectiveness, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven adjustments to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with pricing software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
