Nurse Seekers is proud to be recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager for a fantastic quality nursery based in London.
Job OverviewThis Deputy Nursery Manager role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team, providing high-quality childcare and education to children in West Ealing.
Key Responsibilities- To promote the aims and objectives of the nursery ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Oversee the quality of childcare provided and provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children.
- Assist in leading a team of professional workers and ensure good practice at all times, including staff induction, supervision, and training.
- Monitor and take responsibility for Health and Safety standards within the nursery, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
- Up to £500 starter bonus.
- 50% off childcare fees from day one.
- Enhanced Bupa Health Care Package.
- 32 days annual leave including bank holidays and a week-long break over Christmas.
- 5 fully paid training days annually.
