Lead Nursery Teacher Required
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Lead Nursery Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning experiences for our children and supporting the development of our teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading our teaching staff in delivering the EYFS curriculum
- Developing and implementing effective learning plans for children
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless transition for children
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Early Years Education or related field
- Experience in leading teaching staff in a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
