Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Ward C7 at the University Hospital of Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high standard care to patients with complex medical conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement holistic patient-centered care plans.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
  • Be responsible for a group of patients and advocate on their behalf
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and refresh mandatory and clinical skills
