About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Development Manager to join our team at Jet2. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design and development of our property projects using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of property projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and collaborate with various business areas to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and manage property-related requests from the wider business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in general construction and fit-out management, preferably from a construction site or project management background in the commercial property sector.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction/project management software, such as MS Project.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management or similar qualification.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software.
  • A full clean driving license is required due to travel requirements.
