Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced R&D Engineering Manager with expertise in RF/Microwave Product engineering to lead our team at ZipRecruiter's office in Salisbury, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute local department goals in collaboration with site management, manufacturing team, and Global Engineering Director.
  2. Create a long-term technology roadmap for RF components (RF filters, isolators, power dividers, etc.)
  3. Lead employees using a performance management process that provides goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  4. Manage resource capacity, assignments, training, leave management, and administer continuous performance reviews.
  5. Lead the development/enhancement of new/existing manufacturing processes and troubleshoot problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; significant experience in engineering management.
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of engineering.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
