Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage HR-related documentation, including contracts of employment, with utmost confidentiality.
  2. Ensure HR databases are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
  3. Monitor and manage HR inbox queries, providing timely and accurate responses to employees and management.
  4. Support the recruitment process, including advertising roles and scheduling interviews, to attract top talent.
  5. Assist with payroll by providing the finance department with relevant employee information, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  6. Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, to foster a positive work environment.
  7. Resolve HR-related queries within the company, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  8. Coordinate training sessions and seminars, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant experience in HR administration.
  2. Possess strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  3. Be proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  4. Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
