Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Hunter Savage. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our regional marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive lead generation and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential investment areas and inform marketing decisions.
  • Represent the region's interests at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and project costs, providing commentary on budget variations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations.
  • Oversee planning and evaluation of all regional marketing communications, collaborating with in-house and external agencies.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, develop marketing collateral, and oversee event planning and implementation.
  • Evaluate marketing plans, gather information, compile statistics, and prepare reports on progress against KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant business or marketing qualification, with a digital marketing qualification desirable.
  • Over 3 years of marketing experience at a managerial level, with lead generation and strategic planning expertise.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in analysing marketing activity and managing budgets.
  • Proactive, methodical, and entrepreneurial with a track record of implementing successful process changes.
  • Clean driving licence, access to own car, and ability to travel within the UK.
