Responsibilities and Requirements
The core responsibilities of this position involve assisting clients with personal care needs, providing companionship and emotional support, and performing light housekeeping duties. You will also be responsible for monitoring and recording clients' health and well-being, following established care plans, and reporting any changes to relevant healthcare professionals. A successful candidate will require at least 12 months of experience working in a healthcare setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. In exchange for your dedication, we offer competitive pay rates, starting from £11.50 per hour, paid holiday time, optional pension contributions, and a range of other benefits.
