Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is improved.
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and safely.
  • Review pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients, providing education and support to help them manage their condition.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered General Nurse with a passion for renal care.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct and a commitment to delivering safe and effective care.
  • A positive and dynamic approach to delivering care, with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.
What We Offer:
  • A full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with paid breaks and a competitive salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
