Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate renal nurse to join our team in Gloucester. As a renal nurse at Diaverum, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic dialysis environment, building meaningful relationships with patients and contributing to their care and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is improved.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care to patients, including pre and post-hemodialysis care.
- Document clinical activities meticulously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
- NMC Registered General Nurse.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
