Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationships and Sex Education Programme Coordinator to join our team at Turning Point UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about promoting healthy relationships, consent, and sexual health awareness among young people.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with schools, community groups, and local organisations to deliver the Relationships and Sex Education Programme. You will provide high-quality support and guidance to help young people build confidence and skills in developing healthy relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the Relationships and Sex Education Programme through outreach in Hounslow Borough
  • Providing health education, promotion, support, and information on sexual health and wellbeing to young people under 24
  • Developing and delivering quality work that meets outcomes and KPIs agreed with commissioners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for promoting healthy relationships, consent, and sexual health awareness among young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
