Job Overview:

The role of a Cash Management Team Manager at Diligenta involves overseeing the processing of payments, receipts, and distributions for Life & Pension services. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management and be able to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Life & Pension Cash Management Team (Legacy & BaNCS) ensuring proper training, management, and motivation.
  • Review and improve Cash Management processes to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize risks.
  • Establish robust controls for Cash Management activities to prevent breaches and fraud.
  • Implement risk management practices to identify, assess, and mitigate potential payment processing risks.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to measure team performance.
  • Handle complex Cash Management queries and act as an escalation point.
  • Prepare financial information for Senior Managers/Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with seniors and direct reports.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills for workload planning and task delegation.
  • Systematic problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of financial services, specifically Life & Pension processes and regulations.
