Our Financial Services Practice
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager or Director to join our Financial Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurially minded consultants who are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals. As a privately held LLP, this position offers the possibility of admission to an equity Partnership with sustained high-performance.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and business development activities across banking, asset managers, insurers, and private equity clients
- Lead thought leadership and coordination with ESG-industry groups; participate and represent Baringa at industry events
- Lead client delivery on multiple engagements and drive development of Baringa frameworks/methodologies to drive innovative solutions for our clients across different stakeholder groups – strategy, front office, risk, finance, data, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure quality execution of project planning and pricing through delivery and closure
- Drive collaboration with the global team on development of Baringa IP and internal strategic initiatives
- Develop and nurture deep and quality relationships with multiple strategic senior clients
Your Skills and Experience
We are seeking experienced consulting industry professionals who bring a track record of successfully contributing to building and growing trusted client relationships, delivering complex client engagements, and developing consulting practitioners. Our ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a consulting role, with experience in financial services. They will have a deep understanding of financial services in domains across banking products, capital markets, and private equity, as well as practical experience in navigating sustainable finance solutions.
