About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Trading Services Analyst to join our EMEA Agency Trading team. As a vital resource, you will play a key role in investigating inquiries, reviewing lender transfer requests, and understanding our trading platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and circulate various reports to clients and internal trading teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Loan Syndication Transfer Requests: Review and process lender-submitted loan syndication transfer requests, adhering to specific transfer provisions outlined in the underlying loan credit agreement.
  • Trade Capture and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and timely capture of all new secondary loan trades in agent books and records.
  • Ad-Hoc Support and Projects: Assist the team in ad-hoc requests, including technology enhancements and UAT exercises, and provide support for non-BAU projects and initiatives designed to improve automation and strengthen the team's control environment.
  • Contribution to Wider Projects: Contribute to WLS wider projects and initiatives, driving growth and excellence in our operations.
Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Loans and Credit Agreements: Basic understanding of loans and credit agreements, particularly LMA Syndicated Facilities.
  • Loan IQ and ClearPar: Knowledge of Loan IQ and ClearPar.
  • Innovation Tools and Processes: Working knowledge of innovation tools and processes, such as Alteryx and Tableau.
