Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Servicing Analyst to join our Specialist Lending Team at Downing Ventures. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of new loans and the ongoing daily operational management, monitoring, and reporting of existing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of required reporting both internally and for external parties.
  • Produce weekly Cashflow Forecasts across the live book, working closely with Relationship Leads and/or Portfolio Managers.
  • Act as the Power Bl champion, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Attend Investment Committee meetings, taking minutes and ensuring timely production of meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the production of regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake the creation and dissemination of End of Month Reports, accurately recording updates on loan status.
  • Manage a fluid and varied workload, independently and within a small team, as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder and project management, with a self-starting attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, with a strong sense of ownership and task completion.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
