Job Role

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our responsive repairs and void projects for Social Housing properties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Lead a team of multi-skilled operatives including Joiners, Roofers, Plumbers, etc.
  • Implement and monitor effective project management practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Salary Estimate: £70,000 per annum.

The Successful Candidate

  • Proven track record in property maintenance or facilities management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
