Job Title: Caring Support Professional

We are looking for an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Caring Support Professional. This role involves providing direct support and care to children and young people in our services.

The salary for this position is £50 per hour, which reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required. As a member of our team, you will be rewarded with competitive pay and benefits that support your well-being and career development.

About the Role:

This position requires someone who can work flexibly and adapt to changing situations. You will be responsible for supporting our young people in their daily lives, including helping them with personal care, education, and activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing direct support and care to children and young people in our services.
  2. Assisting with the preparation of meals and maintaining a clean environment.
  3. Encouraging our young people to engage in their current schooling or prepare to re-enter education.
  4. Traveling with our young people to and from School or College.
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the Registered Manager.
