About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Care Home Project team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to care home residents, promoting independence and improving their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective physiotherapy plans to meet the needs of care home residents.
  • Work closely with care home staff to ensure seamless delivery of physiotherapy services.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Neighbourhood Team to ensure joined-up care and support for residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with care home managers and owners to promote the role and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of working in a care home or community setting.
  • Excellent clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with care home staff and residents.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the development of the Care Home Project.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
