Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Diamond Sales Expert to join our growing team. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations and guidance to clients on jewelry selection, diamond education, and after-sales support.
  • Develop and manage lead pipelines to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's overall success.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of luxury sales professionals to deliver first-in-class service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to stay up-to-date on product launches, trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or jewelry sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Independent, motivated, and well-organized, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Available to work weekends and based in the London area.
