Job Summary:

Insite Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3 finance professionals to ensure seamless financial operations and high-quality financial reporting.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and drive decision-making, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead commercial budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to inform business strategy and optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and improve business models and financial reporting to enhance decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve ROI reporting and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead the automation of regular reports and development of business intelligence tools to provide real-time insights and drive business decisions.
  • Attend and contribute to key business meetings as a finance representative, providing expert financial guidance and support.
  • Manage costing processes and pricing for commodity fluctuations to ensure accurate financial reporting and minimize financial risk.
  • Develop financial acumen within the team and among non-financial colleagues to ensure a culture of financial literacy and informed decision-making.

  • Strategic thinking and innovative approach to financial management, with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to financial challenges.
