About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Store Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of our branch, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and implementing company policies and procedures.

You will lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve objectives, working closely with other branches to ensure optimum use of stock.

This role offers a competitive salary package of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Builders' Merchant environment, managing a large team at varying disciplines and career levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing out of hours support for the alarm and CCTV providers.
  • Being a key holder for the branch.
  • Responding to and dealing with any customer complaints which have been received by the branch.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in store supervision, who can lead and motivate a team to achieve objectives.

You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.

A competitive salary package of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
