Job Summary

GCS Associates is seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to lead and manage our largest branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within a construction or builders merchant environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
