Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for developing visually stunning motion graphics and animations that elevate our brand's creative output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our creative, strategy, and technology teams to design and execute motion graphics that meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Conceptualise motion design ideas through style frames, storyboards, and animatics to communicate your vision to internal teams and clients.
  • Lead the motion design workflow, including planning resources, estimating timelines, and ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior motion designers, fostering their development while maintaining a high standard of creative output across the team.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh and cutting-edge practices into the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design with a portfolio showcasing strong creative and technical abilities across various media formats.
  • Proven expertise in concept development, animation, and design with a keen ability to translate creative briefs into engaging motion graphics that meet project objectives.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
  • Expertise in creating dynamic motion graphics, including animation, kinetic typography, particle effects, and visual storytelling through motion.
  • Skilled in both 2D and 3D animation, compositing, and visual effects creation, with a solid understanding of real-time rendering engines like Unreal Engine and virtual production tools.
  • A problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain smooth operation of motion design systems and software.
