Senior Underwriter - Midlands Property & Casualty Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Underwriter to lead our Property & Casualty underwriting team in the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:



  • Representing the team on the local underwriting committee.
  • Working on Property and Casualty New Business at Mid-Market level.
  • Collaborating with Business Development colleagues to identify new opportunities.
  • Guiding junior colleagues to ensure a positive and productive team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • A minimum of 5 years underwriting experience in Property and Casualty.
  • A deep understanding of the Midlands Commercial Broker market.
  • A commitment to work in the Birmingham office up to 3 days a week.
  • Positive energy and a desire to drive growth.
