We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Haverfordwest. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
About the Role:- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Support residents during recreational activities and outings, fostering a sense of community and social inclusion.
- Keep accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents, ensuring effective communication with the team.
- Contribute to a supportive and caring environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a care setting in the UK.
- Compassionate and caring nature, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, with a willingness to learn and follow guidance.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts.
- Excellent rates of pay, with weekly pay and no payroll charges.
- Variety of work in different social care and healthcare settings.
- Support from a specialist consultant and access to online training and subsidised practical training.
