Key Responsibilities- Liaise with inbound freight companies to coordinate the receipt of goods and ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect and verify the condition of received goods, identifying and reporting any damages or discrepancies.
- Manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in inventory management systems and supply chain optimization.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a proven track record of success in inventory management and supply chain optimization.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
