About the Role

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Town Planning Consultant to join their dynamic team in Gloucester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planning services across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver a variety of planning applications and appeals.
  • Advise clients on planning strategies and provide expert guidance through the development process.
  • Lead project teams and liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and consultants.
  • Prepare detailed reports and planning statements.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or working towards it.
  • Proven experience in planning, ideally within a consultancy or local authority environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
