Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Home Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team at our modern nursing home in Lambeth. The home provides specialist dementia, general nursing, and end-of-life care for 90 residents and has been rated good in all areas by the CQC.

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. This includes assisting with recruitment and training, managing and assessing care plans, and liaising with local authorities, the CQC, and the NMC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Assist with recruitment and training of staff
  • Manage and assess care plans
  • Liaise with local authorities, the CQC, and the NMC
  • Audit and budget management

Requirements:

For this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of managing a nursing home, excellent clinical skills and knowledge, as well as experience working alongside local authorities including the CQC.
