About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, managing your own workload, and prioritizing tasks as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient management
  • Attend team meetings to discuss property management strategies and best practices
  • Implement new procedures to improve property management processes
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties, adhering to regulations and legislation
  • Strive to exceed individual targets and standards, referring business across departments to maximize opportunities
  • Exceed customer expectations, handling complaints and providing solutions
  • Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with company policies, ensuring compliance
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Experience with lettings/property management software packages
  • Professional ARLA accreditation (strong advantage but not essential)
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks
  • Full valid driving license
Working Hours and Salary

Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Salary range: £30,000pa to £32,000pa depending on experience
