Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Innectis Ltd. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and contributing to the overall success of our fine dining restaurant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Extend a warm welcome to all guests and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Organize and control service from opening to closing, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Be available to guests at all times, taking orders and addressing any concerns.
  • Develop and implement cleaning rosters to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef to ensure menu compliance with allergy regulations and staff training.
  • Recruit, manage, and supervise front-of-house staff, providing on-the-job training and coaching.
  • Assist with daily banking and billing, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively, resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality & Office Manager to plan and deliver exceptional service for special events and general service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergy guidelines, with the ability to ensure compliance and staff training.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays. You should be available to work a flexible schedule, including three weekends per month.
