About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Extra Care team at Dreywood Court. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of care workers, undertaking spot checks, audits, and providing specialist care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of care workers to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered to our clients.
  • Undertake spot checks and audits to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
  • Provide specialist care and support to clients, including learning disabilities, as per their care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as GPs, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including care plans and incident reports.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Team Leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You will have a formal care qualification, such as QCF/NVQ Level 2 or 3, and previous experience of supervision in a residential or domiciliary care setting.
