At HC-One, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are currently seeking an experienced Culinary Care Specialist to join our team at Woodlands View in Stevenage. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing nutritious and healthy meals that they will love. As a Culinary Care Specialist, you will work closely with our First Chef to ensure that our kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing food stock, preparing meals, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

We are looking for someone with at least a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and a great understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding care and service are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and access to a range of training and development opportunities.
